In 2020, amidst global uncertainty, Dr. Khaled Al-Amrawi founded Octopus Outsourcing in Alexandria, Egypt. With a small office, a handful of dedicated professionals, and a single line of business, the mission was clear: to redefine business process outsourcing (BPO) by delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovation and a customer-centric approach.

From its establishment, Octopus Outsourcing experienced exponential growth. Today, the company operates over 2,200 seats across four locations in Egypt, providing multilingual services in Arabic, English, Italian, German, Spanish and several more languages.
